Puppy Hip Guarantee

1. Hunters Marsh Retrievers guarantees your pup's hips to be OFA certifiable at two years of age proving the following conditions are met:
2. The dog must be x-rayed at two years of age or within 45 days of his or her second birthday.  The x-rays must be submitted to OFA for examination.  OFA will be the sole judge regarding hips.
3. We are to be furnished a copy of the x-rays and a copy of the OFA report.  When your vet sends in the x-rays have him or her enclose a note from you stating that in the event the hips are not sound, you would like the x-rays returned.
4. If the dog is found to be dysplastic, Hunters Marsh Retrievers reserves the right of asking for return of the dog and his or her AKC registration form, which to be signed to Hunters Marsh, or you keep your dog providing the dog is spayed/neutered and proof of same is furnished to Hunters Marsh.
5. The replacement dog can be selected from any like breeding.
6. Hunters Marsh Retrievers replaces only, we do not give refunds.
7. Use of Hunters Marsh prefix must be used in naming your Labrador for the guarantee to be in effect.

Puppy Eye Guarantee

1. Eyes are guaranteed to be free of PRA and RD.
2. In the event of any eye problem with your dog, Hunters Marsh Retrievers is to be provided with a copy of the eye report.  Terms of replacing the dog are the same as above.
